With the advent of the 21st century, cosmetic surgery has become a popular way of enhancing one’s appearance and no wealthy personage is found to have any disfiguration now. At the very least, most people get a nose-job or cheek augmentation performed. However, is cosmetic surgery as promising as it seems or merely an illusion to make you happy?

Well, the answer is that cosmetic surgery has many disadvantages which people are unaware of.

This surgery may lead to serious complications for your body especially in case of people with sensitive bodies causing paralysis or even fatal consequences such as heart attacks or strokes. With this the chances of death also increase which may also happen due to excessive bleeding when the surgery goes wrong. Sometimes, one may not achieve the desired look one imagined and this causes a waste of money and a yearning to get back the original look which is not always possible. Moreover, the immune system weakens as a result of the surgery and results in slow healing i.e. recovery of wounds may take ages depending on the demographics of the person. Last but not the least, people get addicted to cosmetic surgery and are willing to undergo this pain for any minor alteration in their body changing it into an unhealthy obsession.

While, one may still want to pursue this course of action, it is advisable to do a cost-benefit analysis before proceeding and reconsider all the possible options and consequences before diving into it!

Signet rings are also known as seal rings and they were very common during Roman times and up to these days. Seal rings are engraved rings, you can personalize the design, you can engrave initials, or just engrave a unique design that symbolizes your personality or authority. To have a deeper knowledge about this ring you need to know what seal is. If we look into a dictionary the meaning of seal is the printed object in a document or something that represents an authentication. Seal rings can be made of gold, iron, metal or any material. The materials that are often used are agate, banded or carnelian agate, the good example of it is sardonyx which is perfect for seal rings.

Gold seal rings from myfamilysilver.com are usually worn by an elite or high class profile while the iron made are usually worn by the working class or much lower class profile citizens. Even the pope wears a particular and unique ring, and this ring will be destroyed once the pope died. The signet rings or seal rings today are not the same compared to past seal rings, because modern seal rings now are usually used for fashion designed with their initials, unlike before those seal rings symbolizes power and authority.

A house without a coffee table is dull, and it seems incomplete, do you agree with me? However there are different kinds of coffee tables from Tom Faulkner, there are some that are made form woods, or glass, and sometimes wicker or even aluminum (often use in outdoor). As for me I love wood and glass but I’m question here is which is better, white or black?

I am going to state some good qualities of both colors like, if I choose black it looks elegant and cozy, and black is classy and never goes out of style on the other hand If I choose white, it will bring brightness to my living room, and it will look like my room is much bigger because the effect of brightness makes the room looks bigger. And if I think deeper white and black coffee tables are perfect in any color as well. I’m still confused what to choose, white or black coffee table? One thing is for sure; coffee tables will complete the looks of my house, whatever color I chose. Do you have a coffee table in your house? If not, then you must have one to enhance look of your room.

I have outmost respect for our immigrant population who have come and contributed to our countries growth in terms of work technology employment in diverse sectors. But honestly do we need more foreign midwives to help our babies to born. The collation government has gone back on its pre- election pledge. I am well aware that a majority of our population of midwives is over worked and the government’s decision of bringing in 3000 more midwives seems like a welcome move, but really do we need to bring them from outside. In a time when almost 600,000 public sector jobs are being lost and unemployment is so high, why not train our own population for the jobs that need to be done. If any country lacks any skilled manpower, it is the fault of education system there.

If we need skilled midwives or even cab drivers, why aren’t British youth taking up these socially important jobs. Why can’t we educate our own workers, rather than employ someone else from a different country. It’s a question we need to ask ourselves that has the state handouts, violent pornography and style based reality TV shows, rendered our millions completely useless. Its high time that British wake up from the slumber of compliance.

Recently I came across really firm piece of packaging. Actually I brought a web camera along with a microphone and listening head set. I bought these as my grandson’s birthday gifts. I decided to attach these to his personal computer, so that he is surprised to see it attached to his desktop. As I tried to remove the contents from the package, I discovered that it was fixed way too tightly. I was not easily going to give up. I tried cutting around the edges, that didn’t work. Later, I decided to cut it along the side, that wasn’t helping either. In fact the plastic edge cut my own finger. I was amazed that it had and edge which has sharpness akin to a knife.

So finally with much effort I had my way, I tampered with the back side of the package which had thin cardboard packaging. Having taken it out, now I had to figure out where to attach it on the computer. When it tried to look for a manual, I discovered that instructions lay on the same cardboard which tampered to get the gift out. So, ultimately, it had to be my grandson only who had to do it. So I am throwing that plastic pack away, I feel its mocking at me.

As a teenager I used to think the Indian system of yoga was a series of exercise poses, much later after my initiation into the energy healing field, I discovered lot more about yoga. While reading a book on it I came across the names of the poses and the postures. They were tongue twisting and difficult to pronounce. My wife joked that if I cannot even twist my tongue to speak the name of the posture, how can I twist my body to do the actual pose. I hate to say she was right. I discovered the stiffness in the areas of my body I hardly knew existed. I haven’t done much after my initial 3 months stint many years ago.

Now it seems that Yoga frenzy seems to be catching up gain. Surprisingly it is my neighbor’s daughters who have caught this frenzy. And what is more astonishing is the fact that my wife is also showing interest. I gave my best wishes for her first week, but she noticed the chuckle in my voice. Two weeks into it, she is trying to drag me along. Although I would hate twisting my body again, but I am glad that we would be doing the breathing exercises again, as they really do refresh me up.
